Our Classes & programs



Body Balance is on break for spring! Check back for an update on dates for the class to resume.

Ideal for anyone and everyone, LES MILLS BODYBALANCE® yoga class will improve your mind, your body and your life.

You can expect to bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves, elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, with options provided for those just getting started.

Classes are held Thursdays 5:15 to 6:15 pm with Les Mills certified instructor Jennifer Tesar. 

Virtual Classes 

You can also participate in your favorite Les Mills classes including BodyPump, BodyFlow, BodyCombat and Sh'Bam in our virtual fitness studio. Just book the room online or by calling the Y and choose your class and format. 

Please observe our facility guidelines for group fitness classes:

  • If you are ill, please stay home.
  • Please sign in AND out with the front desk staff through the lobby entrance before the start of every class.
  • Please wipe down equipment before and after use and bring a  water bottle - a filing station is located in the lobby.
