WATER FITNESS CLASSES

Senior Swim Mondays, Wednesdays and Friday 9:00 to 10:00 am. 

H20 Water Aerobics Mondays and Wednesdays 5:00 to 6:00 pm and Fridays 11:00 am to noon.

  • All members are required to sign a waiver at their first visit.  
  • If you are ill or have tested positive for COVID-19, please stay home.
  • Please sign in AND out with the front desk staff through the lobby entrance before the start of every class.
  • Please bring your own equipment like yoga mats and a water bottle.
